The team quickly exceeded all of our expectations with the property listed on the Tuesday and contract signed on the Thursday. We were very happy with the price obtained and it was clear to see how well the team worked together, like a precision Swiss watch. Raymond was also an excellent communicator from the contract signing right up to the final settlement of the property and throughout clearly showed his experience and knowledge.
