I write this testimonial to express how happy I am with Golden Peak Property.
I am an owner of two commercial and two residential properties who had been unhappy with the poor service provided by a few other agencies - it was frustrating to chase for rent payment as an owner and I have to worry about late payments on outgoings from time to time.
Over the weeks I transferred the properties for Golden Peak to manage, and now I do not have to worry about anything at all. I am always treated with respect and kindness. Raymond and his family go out of their ways to help with all my leasing needs. They are professional, responsible and do everything thoroughly. I went to Raymond to help find me a new tenant for my investment property.
Raymond was courteous, friendly and efficient and had sourced me a tenant within a very short period of time saving me a lot of precious time and not to mention the endless hassle of running around and trying to manage it myself.
