Amelia Chu joined the family business in 2015 having already built successful career in marketing, and later, in a senior Relations Manager position for one of Australia’s largest property developers.

As General Manager, Amelia oversees the smooth running of the entire operation, while providing hand-on sales and property management support.

Amelia holds a Master of Commerce in Marketing. She has played an integral role in refining Golden Peak’s marketing strategy, drawing from a toolbox of tech and creative resources. Amelia has helped to develop stronger, more compelling property marketing campaigns, providing clients with a competitive edge when it comes to gaining maximum exposure and selling at the best price possible.

A licensed agent, Amelia’s talent for communication and negotiation is a true asset to the business and has seen her achieve numerous record prices in the local area.
