28 July 2022 Being new to Sydney, it was quite a struggle trying to find an apartment to rent. I found Golden Peak through google and saw the great reviews and decided to see if they could help me, and they did! Nino gave us a suggestion for an apartment and then instantly gave us an impromptu private tour of the apartment when we asked if it was possible to look around. The apartment turned out to fit our needs perfectly, so he sat down with us and guided us through the necessary documentation on the day because he knew we lived far away and did not want us to travel back and forth for the sake of handing in documents. After giving us the keys, Nino also helped us measure the clearance height for vehicles. They truly care about their clients, and through their kind and thoughtful attitude, it definitely shows! 13 June 2020 As a man in his late 50s with a small pug who is our family and loved...I have not rented a property for decades. Having sold my home in Roseville with settlement approaching I had emailed some agents re properties on real estate app. Not a single reply. Until I found Nino, who was totally professional, respectful and with high integrity leased us an apartment in the CBD near our work , sorted everything out re our small dog and guided us thru the bond and lease process.
